PREPARATION IS KEY:
A good project starts with preparation, so we take plenty of time for that. First in the store where we listen carefully to your wishes and requirements, then during the pre-inspection where the installer comes to your home to measure everything, inspect the basic floor and make agreements about the work to be carried out. He ensures that the conditions are as optimal as possible to guarantee a good end result.
CRAFTSMANSHIP IN ALL DETAILS:
Laying a floor is traditional craftsmanship, plank by plank your floor is laid and made to fit. Our experienced laying specialists do this professionally and with an eye for detail. From the scarce supply of professionals, we only work with the best. So whether you opt for a laminate floor, parquet or a PVC floor, you will get the best result with PLG EUROPE.
The floor is constructed from individual planks. In order for this to close properly, it is necessary that the floor is completely smooth. For this, your floor often needs to be leveled first. The floor is provided with a leveling top layer that smoothes out small irregularities and forms a nice smooth base for your new floor. This is also handicraft which requires craftsmanship. We work with brand suppliers for leveling compound and adhesive products for all our projects, so we can guarantee that your subfloor is also made with the best materials. All work is aimed at laying your floor as well and as beautifully as possible. That is a guarantee for years of living pleasure.
TAKE CARE THROUGH OUR PROJECT APPROACH:
We approach every installation assignment as a project, with a tight schedule of all activities. Together with the installer, you make all arrangements for leveling (if applicable) and for laying. We then coordinate the delivery of the floor on these dates so that everything runs smoothly. This planning is “sacred” to us because we understand that you also plan other activities with these dates in mind. But of course also because we actually record the laying specialists for that data.
Within this project we work closely with our installation specialists and the customer. Everyone has a role and everything runs smoothly if that role is fulfilled as agreed. We ensure that the planning is clearly communicated to all parties, we maintain control and manage the laying specialists.

PREPARATION
After you have made your choice, we will start working on your order. As soon as the down payment (50%) has been processed, your shelf will be selected from the total range of laying specialists with whom we work. Based on skills, availability and geographical conditions, your assignment will be assigned to the manager who will carry out the assignment. He will contact you to coordinate the dates for the pre-inspection, possibly leveling and laying your floor. The pre-inspection is an important part of the total preparation, the installer comes on location and measures the rooms, the humidity of the base floor, the flatness and the condition of the base floor and he examines the relevant conditions in the home.
He discusses your wishes and draws up his pre-inspection report based on all the information. This will be co-signed by you so that all principles are completely clear. This report is then processed in an order. If there are significant deviations from the original order, you will receive a new confirmation asking for your approval.
This is the starting point for our project approach
We reserve the necessary materials, reconfirm all agreements made to the installer and plan the transport on the basis of the agreed laying date. We ensure that the goods are available on time and your order is checked again for all components. Our control dashboard gives us real-time insight into the status of your assignment and, together with the Project Management System, forms the basis on which we manage your assignment flawlessly from start to finish. In this way, any problems are identified and monitored at an early stage so that all lights are green when we start carrying out your order.
We do it together, your role is also very important.
It is important for progress that the payments as agreed are made on time, in preparation for the work it is necessary that you prepare your home for the work that will be carried out. Your floor(s) must be bare and free of dust. The rooms must be empty and well ventilated. If you have new underfloor heating, it is necessary to follow the heating protocol.
Make sure that the temperature in the house is stable between 15 and 18 degrees when we arrive. The humidity in the home should not be too high, keep this in mind when plastering, applying screeds and painting walls. There must be enough time between the moment of this work and the installation to get the moisture that is released after this work out of the house. Proper ventilation helps to speed up this process.
Before we come to deliver the goods, check carefully whether everything stated on your packing slip has also been delivered. In case of deviations, please email them directly to info@floorspecialist.eu . It is wise if you already know where you are going to put the packs, make sure the floor is clean and put the packs closed but spread over the floor. This allows the material to acclimatize optimally. This is very important to prevent any size differences in the floor. As standard we deliver the floor up to the first threshold. So keep in mind that you take the packs directly to the right rooms to acclimatize in the room where the floor is also to be laid.
